This beginner friendly class is designed to build up your gas tank so you can last the rounds. This is a 45minute circuit style class with a solid mixture of bag work, conditioning & padwork. All experiences welcome!

BOXING & CONDITIONING

REGARDED AS THE MOST CHALLENGING WORKOUT OF THE WEEK, WE AIM TO TEST OUT YOUR AEROBIC AND MENTAL CAPACITY. THIS IS A 45MINUTE CIRCUIT STYLE CLASS THAT CONSISTS OF 6 ROUNDS OF BOXING & 6 ROUNDS CONDITIONING WORK. TAKE YOUR FITNESS TO ANOTHER LEVEL & DIG DEEPER THAN YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD.

Focusing on technique, discipline, and fitness, this class builds strength, coordination, and confidence. Perfect for all skill levels, participants will learn proper footwork, punching combinations, and defensive strategies while improving overall fitness. It’s a great way for youth to stay active, build self-esteem, and develop life skills both in and out of the ring.
